These terms and conditions govern your use of the Automedic website and cloud-based hospital management software. By using Automedic, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Definitions

    • "Automedic" means the Automedic website and cloud-based hospital management software.
    • "You" means the individual or entity that is using Automedic.
    • "We" means Automedic.

  2. Grant of License

    We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Automedic. You may use Automedic for your own internal business purposes only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or sell Automedic.

  3. Your Responsibilities

    You are responsible for all use of Automedic by your employees, agents, and contractors. You must ensure that all users of Automedic comply with these terms and conditions.

    You are responsible for providing all equipment and software necessary to use Automedic. You are also responsible for all costs associated with your use of Automedic, including but not limited to internet access charges.

  4. Our Responsibilities

    We will use reasonable efforts to keep Automedic available. However, we do not guarantee that Automedic will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate your access to Automedic at any time for any reason.

    We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your inability to use Automedic.

  5. Your Data

    You are responsible for the security of your data. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to your data.

  6. Fees

    You will be charged a monthly fee for using Automedic. The fee will be based on the number of users and the features that you use.

  7. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If you terminate this agreement, you must cease all use of Automedic.

    We may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

  8. Governing Law

    This agreement will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  9. Entire Agreement

    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and us.

  10. Severability

    If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  11. Waiver

    No waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

  12. Notices

    All notices and other communications under this agreement will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

  13. Headings

    The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

  14. Counterparts

    This agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

  15. Language

    This agreement may be translated into other languages for convenience of reference. However, the English version will be the controlling version

  16. Attorneys' Fees

    In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

  17. Export Control

    You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

  18. Governing Language

    This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

  19. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements,
