Is Automedic pharmacy software FBR integrated?
Yes. The POS supports FBR POS integration: invoices carry the FBR invoice number and QR code. You need your own FBR POS registration; our team helps you connect it during setup.
Can I track batches and expiry dates?
Yes. Stock is kept batch-wise with expiry dates, so you can see what is expiring soon, sell the right batch first and stop losing money on expired stock.
Can two customers be billed at the same time?
Yes. The multi-tab POS lets a counter keep several sales open at once, park one, bill another, and come back without losing anything.
Does it work for a medical store that is not part of a hospital?
Yes. Automedic works as standalone pharmacy software in Pakistan for medical stores, with its own dashboard, staff roles, suppliers and reports. You do not need any other Automedic module.
Can I run more than one counter or branch?
Yes. Each pharmacy plan includes a set number of pharmacies, shown on the pricing page, and you can move up a plan as you open more. Stock and sales for every branch appear on one account.
Can we import our current medicine list?
Yes. Import products by CSV or from the product catalogue, or send us your list in Excel and our team imports it during setup, free of charge.
