This policy explains what information the Automedic website collects and how we use it. It covers this website only; patient data inside the Automedic software is governed by your agreement with us.
Information you give us
When you fill a form (demo request, contact or appointment booking) or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, mobile number, email, facility name and city.
How we use it
- To contact you about your demo, trial, question or booking.
- To set up and support Automedic for your facility.
- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell your information.
Appointments on a hospital's page
When you book an appointment on a hospital or clinic page on this website (for example automedic.com.pk/hospital-name), your name, mobile number and email go to that hospital's Automedic account, where its staff use them to confirm your appointment. That hospital is responsible for the appointment and your medical information.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser for this check.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may store small preferences, such as whether you dismissed the WhatsApp message, for the current visit only.
